Job summary

Boardwalk is seeking an experienced Cleaner to ensure our communities are kept clean and sanitized. You will work independently while contributing to a team that supports 34,000+ units across Canada.

Responsibilities include cleaning entrances, elevators, common areas, suites, and assisting with snow removal, inventory and equipment maintenance. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

• Two years of cleaning experience are required.

• Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required

Responsibilities:

• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas
• Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• 2 years cleaning experience required

Technical Requirements:

• Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
• Familiarity with technology is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements:

• Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
• Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Own reliable vehicle
