Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lobby presence and assist residents in a friendly manner.
• Manage building email and desk phone messaging.
• Receive and arrange pickup of delivered parcels.
• Assist with community events as required.
• Create work orders and schedule vendor access.
• Communicate with Community Manager and log updates.
• Respond to emergencies following established procedures.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and assist with on-site initiatives.
