Job summary

FirstService Residential Canada is seeking a Security Concierge to assist residents with information and services, while staying self-motivated, outgoing, and highly organized. You will handle inquiries, enforce access controls, and maintain privacy and safety across multiple sites in ON.

The role requires a valid Ontario Security License, a high school diploma (college coursework in related fields is a plus), and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Ontario Security License.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; college courses in Business/Hospitality or Police/Security Foundations would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and clarify residents’ needs, answer questions, give directions.
• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Schedule access for vendors to provide services.
• Ensure safety and access control procedures are followed.
• Observe premises for hazards and ensure doors to priority areas are secure.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, contractors, and visitors.
