Job summary

Thorwin Properties is seeking a dependable Resident Relations Manager to support operations across a portfolio of 300–500 units in Winnipeg and at multiple sites. The role requires traveling between properties with a reliable vehicle and is a permanent full-time position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for residents across assigned properties.
  • Support leasing activities, including showing suites and assisting prospective tenants.
  • Conduct regular building inspections for safety and standards compliance.
  • Coordinate maintenance with service teams and contractors.
  • Maintain logs, reports, and administrative records.
  • Uphold building policies and foster a respectful community.
  • Respond to urgent issues or after-hours needs as required.
  • Travel between multiple properties daily; vehicle required.

We are seeking a dependable, community focused Resident Relations Manager to support operations across a portfolio of 300–500 units. This is a non‑live‑in position, and a reliable vehicle is required for daily travel between properties. This a permanent full-time position.

  • Respond to urgent issues or after‑hours needs as required
  • Travel between multiple properties daily (vehicle required)
What You Bring
  • Experience in property management, customer service, hospitality, or building operations is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage time effectively while overseeing multiple buildings
  • Basic maintenance or cleaning knowledge is helpful
  • Comfortable using email, digital tools, and property management systems
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required
