Job summary

Greenwin Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a dynamic portfolio of residential properties, ensuring operational excellence, strong tenant satisfaction, and solid financial outcomes. This leadership role focuses on delivering high service standards and asset performance.

You will manage daily operations, lead on-site teams, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive occupancy and ROI while fostering lasting resident relationships and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential property management, with proven leadership in a multi-site environment.
• Certificate or degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field; CPM, IHM, or similar designations are an asset.
• Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and municipal legislation.
• Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated leadership, people management, and vendor coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Highly adaptable, organized, and resourceful, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting resident relationships by addressing concerns, ensuring service excellence, and supporting long-term retention.
• Oversee rent collection, budget management, variance analysis, and reporting; support leasing efforts to drive occupancy and ROI.
• Lead on-site teams and external service providers to ensure timely, quality service and cost-effective operations.

We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a dynamic portfolio of residential properties, ensuring operational excellence, high tenant satisfaction, and strong financial outcomes. Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 plus monthly car allowance

What you’ll get to do:

Operational Leadership:

• Manage daily site operations, inspections, and capital improvement projects; uphold high standards across all common areas and building systems.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Communicate regular with leadership, provide reporting, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Who you are:
