Centurion Associates Inc. seeks a Resident Manager for a 3-month contract in Kelowna, BC. You will responsibly operate, manage, administer and lease a Centurion apartment community, ensuring rent-readiness, timely payments, and high resident satisfaction.

The role requires 2–3 years in customer service or property management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and readiness to address emergencies 24/7. This is a contract, full-time position based in Kelowna.

Qualifications

• A passion for excellence in customer service delivery.
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in customer service and/or property management.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented; able to resolve problems using facts, sound reasoning and common sense.
• Strong follow-up skills with the ability to effectively resolve difficult issues in a timely manner; and
• Ability to lift, push and pull heavy objects, including garbage bins, furniture and appliances.

Responsabilités

• Relationship Development: Develop and foster positive relationships with co-workers and Residents. Ensure proactive timely resolution of co-worker or Resident concerns.
• Customer Service: Professionally and courteously handle all Resident inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns. Ensure a high level of Resident satisfaction by Centurion's Vision, Mission and Values.
• Ongoing Operations: Market, show and rent apartments, collect applications and deposits, ensure rent-readiness of vacant units, manage maintenance and turnovers, keep common areas clean, and be accessible 24/7 for emergencies.
• Essential Service and Emergencies: Be accessible 24/7 for emergencies and be aware of fire and life safety procedures.
