Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to live on-site and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings. The role includes preparing vacant suites, leasing support, and ensuring resident satisfaction.

The compensation includes a base of $29,000 CAD plus an on-site apartment, with employer-paid benefits, annual bonuses, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Previous or similar property management experience (an asset).
• Professional/presentable appearance.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform cleaning and maintenance.
• Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning materials (WHMIS).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills.

• Minor maintenance repairs and troubleshooting

Job description
