Job summary

Centurion Asset Management Inc. in Edmonton is seeking a Resident Manager for our Multi-Family - Operations team. You will oversee operations, leasing, and administration of a Centurion apartment community, ensuring rent-readiness, timely rent collection, and responsive resident services.

Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, you will build positive relationships with residents and staff, coordinate maintenance, show apartments, and manage budgets while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in customer service and/or property management.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster positive relationships with co-workers and Residents and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
• Market, show and rent apartments; collect applications and deposits as required.
• Ensure timely rent collection and deposits; coordinate maintenance and turnovers.
• Maintain clean, safe common areas and respond to emergencies 24/7.
