Job summary

Boardwalk is seeking a dedicated site coordinator to ensure resident safety, comfort and satisfaction. The role involves hands-on maintenance tasks, coordinating with site staff, handling rent collections, and maintaining open communication to keep occupancy and NOI on target.

Applicants should be comfortable with evenings/weekends, be tech-savvy with tablets and web-based tools, and possess strong organizational and customer-service skills to support a thriving community environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Post-secondary education is an asset.
• Computer experience with web-based programs required; familiarity with tablets is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health, comfort and safety of Resident Members.
• Maintain daily communication with site Associates and handle rent collection.
• Respond to rental inquiries and show suites when needed.
• Coordinate inspections, lease process and vacancy minimization.
• Prepare deposits, manage administrative tasks and timelines with contractors.
