Dakota Dunes Resort is seeking a friendly Hotel Reservation Agent to assist guests with room reservations, provide information on services, and ensure a positive first contact experience. You will handle requests via phone, email, and other channels, while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with the front desk for a smooth guest journey.

We are looking for a friendly,professional, and customer-focused Hotel Reservation Agent to joinour team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting guestswith room reservations, providing information about the hotel and its services,and ensuring each guest receives a positive experience from the first point ofcontact.
Mustbe legally authorized to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assistcandidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
