Job summary

CSS in Moncton, NB is seeking a Representative - Customer Service to assist customers at the counter and over the phone, ensuring friendly service and accurate sales processing.

You will also back up the Warehouse Associate with tasks like receiving, picking orders, and preparing shipping documents, while maintaining display and store cleanliness. English is mandatory; French a plus.

Job description

As a Representative - Customer Service, you will sell merchandise to customers over the counter and over the phone, providing excellent customer service and facilitating sales while utilizing knowledge of product sold. You will also provide full back up to the Warehouse Associate performing all required duties such as: receiving, picking orders, completing shipping documents, storing product.

Responsibilities:

• Support customer base by answering questions, concerns, account inquiries as well as handling customer complaints.
• Enter customer orders in system and pick product.
• Process payments for cash account customers.
• Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other departments when necessary.
• Contact customers in timely manner on printed pick up orders.
• Process customer returns.
• Place new merchandise on display and maintain cleanliness of shelving and counter area
