Job summary

Cooper Equipment Rentals Limited in Thorold, ON is seeking a detail-oriented Rental Coordinator to support daily branch operations, serve as the main contact for customer inquiries, equipment rentals, and logistics coordination with accuracy and efficiency.

You will collaborate with the service team, manage contracts and cycle billing, coordinate deliveries and pickups, and maintain accurate rental records while delivering a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in construction, customer service or related field.
• Experience in equipment rental is a definite asset.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education an asset.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries and process rental contracts accurately.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups with drivers.
• Collaborate with the Service Department for repairs and scheduling.
• Maintain inventory records and reconcile updates daily.
• Manage rental documentation including cycle billing and filings.
• Use Systematics RMS to ensure rental readiness and accuracy.
