The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in construction or rental services, a high school diploma, strong organization, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, customer service, or related field.
• Experience in equipment rental is an asset.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities; customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer and sales inquiries with rental solutions and contracts.
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups by dispatching drivers and communicating timelines.
• Collaborate with service to schedule repairs and fleet availability.
