Cooper Equipment Rentals in Surrey, BC is seeking a dedicated Rental Coordinator to support the daily branch operations. The role focuses on accurate processing of inquiries, contracts, and logistics to deliver reliable service.

You will coordinate deliveries and pickups, collaborate with the service team on repairs and maintenance, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure efficient documentation and billing processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction, customer service, or related field is required.
• Experience in equipment rental industry is an asset.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers, drivers, technicians, and sales staff.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from customers and sales teams with rental solutions and process contracts.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups by dispatching drivers and communicating timelines.
• Collaborate with Service Department for repairs, maintenance scheduling, and fleet availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile updates daily for inventory control.
• Manage rental documentation including cycle billing, contract filing, and open-order reports.
