Job summary

Calmont Leasing Edmonton is seeking an entry-level Rental Coordinator to join our team. The role offers training and room for advancement for someone eager to learn and grow.

You will be the first contact for customers, handle rental check-ins/outs, process rental agreements, and work with internal departments and vendors to maximize fleet utilization and minimize downtime. You will also ensure accurate paperwork, maintain records, and adapt to varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1 year vehicle rental or similar experience preferred.
• 1 year customer service experience required.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License required.
• Dealership experience considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries from customers and process rental check-ins/outs.
• Complete and process rental agreements and required paperwork.
• Coordinate with internal departments and outside vendors to maximize fleet utilization and minimize downtime.

The primary responsibility of the Rental Coordinator is to assist with the day to day operation of the rental counter. The Rental Coordinator is the first point of contact and represents the company to customers.

• Complete and process rental agreements and required paperwork
• Work with internal departments and outside vendors to ensure maximum fleet utilization and minimize downtime

• Minimum 1 year vehicle rental or similar experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License
