Job summary

Leavitt Machinery in Regina, Saskatchewan is seeking a Rental Coordinator to join our team. You will coordinate equipment within a designated territory, drive fleet utilization, and manage rental processes and documentation.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in sales or customer service, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This onsite role offers a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related work experience in a sales or customer service environment.
• Post-secondary education in business, sales, operations, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Microsoft CRM is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work effectively independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external rentals requests within a designated territory.
• Partner with internal Service employees to prioritize shop items.
• Work closely with Sales Representatives to ensure leads are captured and proper fleet utilization.
• Administer contracts and monitor billing of machinery on rentals.
• Manage quoting and territory market changes.
• Support Sales Representatives with current customers, manage key account relationships over the phone, and add new and potential customers within the territory.

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a customer service-oriented Rental Coordinator to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan. The base pay range for this role is: $50,000 to $58,000 per year depending on experience level, plus bonuses.

This is an onsite role based in Regina, Saskatchewan.
