Job summary

Wallace Perimeter Security, an ASSA ABLOY Company, is seeking a proactive Business Developer to expand our presence across Canada from Winnipeg or remotely in SK, AB, or BC. You will identify prospects, build relationships with decision-makers, and drive revenue growth.

This role requires strong sales skills, CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar), excellent communication, and a tracker mindset to report activity, plans and results. Travel to events may be involved.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or market development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects, conduct cold outreach, and build lasting relationships with decision-makers.
• Maintain and submit regular activity and results reports, including daily call logs, weekly plans, and monthly/annual territory reviews.
• Attend trade shows, seminars, and industry events to network and uncover new opportunities (travel required).
• Keep accurate records in Salesforce, ensuring customer profiles, lead generation, and updates are properly maintained.
