Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.
• Coachable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently while being supported by a team.
• Sales experience is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling and appointment setting to schedule virtual client meetings.
• Present permanent benefits packages using scripts and needs analysis over Zoom.
• Full training provided, no experience necessary.
• Report daily numbers.
• Attend optional training classes.
• Complete underwriting tasks required to get clients approved for coverage.
