American Income Life in Canada is seeking a Sales Representative to work remotely. You will rely on provided leads to contact union and association members, schedule virtual meetings, and present benefit packages via Zoom.

No prior sales experience is required; full training will be provided. You will report daily numbers and have opportunities for promotion, with weekly pay and union-wide contract benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
• Coachable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently with team support.
• Sales experience is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling and appointment setting to schedule virtual client meetings.
• Present permanent benefits packages using scripts and needs analysis over Zoom.
• Full training provided, no experience necessary.
• Report daily numbers.
• Attend optional training classes.
• Complete tasks required by underwriters to get clients approved for coverage.
