Collette is seeking Travel Reservations Agents to join our Client Care Team in a remote role. Ideal candidates reside in Canadian PST and enjoy helping guests explore the world.

As part of our client care team you will handle inbound/outbound reservations, educate guests on products, and work with internal teams to ensure guest satisfaction. A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel reservations or related customer service roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with CRM tools and office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound reservation support with accuracy.
• Educate guests on Collette products and offers.
• Process bookings with attention to detail in the booking system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Embrace learning and contribute to process improvements.
• Flexible schedule including weekends as needed.
