Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate travel management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS). Sabre preferred.
• Strong understanding of corporate travel policies and negotiated programs.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/outsourced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Ability to multi-task across phones, email, and chats.

Responsibilities

• Book and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and ancillary services.
• Provide proactive, high-touch service to corporate travelers, executives, and travel arrangers.
• Ensure bookings comply with client travel policies, preferred suppliers, and negotiated rates.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and disruptions, including after-hours or urgent requests.
• Monitor itineraries and provide real-time support for delays, cancellations, or emergencies.
• Document all transactions and communications in designated systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues and improve service.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend alternatives.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, visa requirements, and global travel restrictions.
• Meet individual and team targets for sales, revenue, and productivity.
• Will act as floater to support other teams when needed.
