Job summary

Amex GBT is hiring for a Specialized Travel Consultant to support corporate clients from a remote Canadian location. You will advise and arrange domestic and international business travel, using GDS systems to book air, rail, hotel, and car arrangements while ensuring adherence to company travel policy.

The role emphasizes client service excellence, proactive advice, and collaboration with the team to meet account-specific goals and KPIs. Training may be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel consulting or travel agency environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in bookings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate clients, individuals and groups.
• Book domestic and international travel across air, rail, and accommodations.
• Utilize GDS systems Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, and Galileo for reservations.
• Provide high-quality customer service via phone, chat, email and back-office systems.
• Promote travel options and additional services within policy guidelines.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet performance metrics.
