Job summary

Porter Airlines Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our Customer Service team. You will assist passengers with travel-related inquiries and bookings, delivering exceptional service through professional communication, empathy, and problem-solving.

This is fully remote (Canada-based) with schedules including early morning EST; English proficiency required, French preferred. Training is two weeks, and you will support VIPorter loyalty and travel agencies while

Qualifications

• Ability to work permanently in Canada.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary education preferred.
• Proficient in English; French bilingualism preferred.
• Flexible shifts 5:00 a.m.–2:30 a.m. EST, seven days a week.
• Complete two-week full-time training program.
• Independent work style with professional communication.
• Quiet home workspace suitable for calls.
• Good geography knowledge and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers and travel agencies with first-call resolution.
• Interact professionally with empathy aligned to our Flying Refined service.
• Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, destinations, and VIPorter.
• Promote and guide use of digital self-service tools.
• Process reservations, including new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and fees.
• Support travel agency reservations and inquiries.
• Meet performance targets for call quality, efficiency, availability, and schedule adherence.
• Resolve customer concerns with resourcefulness, empathy, and fairness.
• Support additional team duties as required.
