Job summary

St-Amour is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as a technical partner to clients in Canada’s doors and windows coatings market. This role focuses on building trusted relationships, auditing client processes, and solving shop-floor issues while identifying automation opportunities for the Technical Director.

The candidate should thrive in a mostly remote, travel-friendly role with regular Ontario travel and occasional events.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, technical sales, or a client-facing role.
• Experience in paint, coatings, or an industrial/manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Autonomy and willingness to travel across Ontario, with occasional events.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships across client organizations as a trusted partner.
• Conduct client visits to audit processes and ensure value from products.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues on site and escalate larger projects to the Technical Director.
• Prepare reports on technical challenges or automation projects for the Senior team.
• Support internal teams with approvals and cross-functional collaboration.
• Represent the company at events attended by clients and update Salesforce weekly.
