The successful candidate will lead training efforts, build a broad installer network, and collaborate with Sales and Product teams to drive customer success, with leadership opportunities as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Engineering/technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to inspire and engage.
• Willingness to travel (~30%), including initial training in Europe.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and technical support to installers, distributors, and architects.
• Build and expand a loyal network of installers across the region.
• Contribute to certifications, testing, and product quality initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to drive customer success.
