Qualifications

• Experience in resourcing or recruitment support is advantageous.
• Strong research and sourcing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networks.
• Screen candidates to assess role fit.
• Build and maintain candidate database for current and future roles.
• Engage candidates to promote opportunities and collect information.
• Update and manage candidate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants to support their needs.
