Job summary

Agility PR Solutions is seeking a Talent & Culture Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment across Canada, the US, and the UK in our remote-first environment. You’ll partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and guide candidates from first conversation through onboarding.

You’ll apply data-driven methods and AI-powered tools to improve sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement, while helping strengthen our culture and employee experience across the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across Canada, the US, and the UK.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure fair, well-informed hiring decisions.
• Use AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
• Build diverse talent pipelines and promote inclusive hiring.
• Partner with HR on onboarding and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and support reporting needs.
