Job summary

Agility PR Solutions is seeking a Talent & Culture Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across Canada, the US, and the UK in a fully remote setting. You’ll partner with hiring managers to refine needs, advance searches, and guide candidates from first contact through onboarding.

You’ll leverage AI tools and data to improve sourcing, screening, and timelines while building diverse, inclusive pipelines and contributing to broader HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within high-volume or technology-focused environments.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and proactive relationship building.
• Working knowledge of employment legislation and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across Canada, the US, and the UK, delivering a consistent, values-aligned candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, coordinate interviews, and support data-driven hiring decisions.
• Build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, reflecting Agility’s culture and values.
• Use AI-enabled tools and recruitment analytics to improve sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
• Develop diverse talent pipelines through networking and proactive outreach.
• Support job postings, onboarding coordination, and market research related to compensation and role design.
• Partner with HR on onboarding, engagement, and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate ATS data, support reporting needs, and identify automation opportunities.
• Represent Agility PR Solutions at employment events and within professional communities.
