Teladoc Health in Brossard, QC, is seeking a Technical Service Representative to support parts and after-sales service across Canada. You will be trained on operating various cleaning equipment and will engage with a bilingual clientele.

The role emphasizes customer service, problem-solving, and coordinating orders with the Field Service team to ensure timely deliveries. Strong communication and mechanical aptitude are expected.

Competenze

• Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken.
• Basic skills in mechanics/electromechanics/electricity.
• Experience as a parts counter clerk or technical advisor is an asset.

Description:

The Technical Service Representative is responsible for performing evaluations related to parts and after‑sales service for our various equipment lines.

You will receive training on the operation of different cleaning equipment and will interact with a diverse customer base from across Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer phone calls and email inquiries across Canada;
• Manage parts orders, customer quotations, service calls, and warranty claims;
• Investigate customer issues to determine the nature of the problem and identify appropriate solutions;
• Enter orders into the order management system;
• Verify product availability and coordinate activities to ensure timely and efficient deliveries;
• Monitor orders through to delivery and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction;
• Work closely with the Field Service team across Canada.

Requirements:

• Be bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written, as the position deals with a fully bilingual clientele;
• Basic skills in mechanics, electromechanics, and electricity;
• Demonstrate curiosity and a strong interest in parts identification and sourcing;
• Experience as a parts counter clerk or technical advisor (an asset);
• Good communication skills and aptitude for customer service over the phone;
• Good organizational skills, both in work methods and time management;
• Respectful and customer‑oriented;
• General knowledge of computer systems (Microsoft Office suite);
