Job summary

Sani Marc Inc in Brossard, QC is seeking a Technical Services Representative to handle parts and after-sales service for our various equipment lines across Canada.

You will respond to calls and emails, manage quotes, service requests, and warranty claims, and coordinate orders from intake to delivery while collaborating with the Field Service team.

The role requires bilingual communication, basic mechanical knowledge, and strong customer service skills; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken.
• Basic skills in mechanics, electromechanics and electricity.
• Interest in parts identification and sourcing.
• Experience as a parts counter clerk or technical advisor is an asset.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Good organization and time management.
• Respectful and customer-oriented.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Description

The Technical Service Representative is responsible for performing evaluations related to parts and after-sales service for our various equipment lines.

You will receive training on the operation of different cleaning equipment and will interact with a diverse customer base from across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer phone calls and email inquiries across Canada;
• Manage parts orders, customer quotations, service calls, and warranty claims;
• Investigate customer issues to determine the nature of the problem and identify appropriate solutions;
• Enter orders into the order management system;
• Verify product availability and coordinate activities to ensure timely and efficient deliveries;
• Monitor orders through to delivery and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction;
• Work closely with the Field Service team across Canada.

Requirements

• Be bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written, as the position deals with a fully bilingual clientele;
• Basic skills in mechanics, electromechanics, and electricity;
• Demonstrate curiosity and a strong interest in parts identification and sourcing;
• Experience as a parts counter clerk or technical advisor (an asset);
• Good communication skills and aptitude for customer service over the phone;
• Good organizational skills, both in work methods and time management;

• General knowledge of computer systems (Microsoft Office suite);
