Job summary

The Technical Service Representative role at Sani Marc Inc in Edmonton is a permanent full-time position. You will perform evaluations related to parts and after-sales service for our equipment lines and receive training on different cleaning equipment to support customers across Canada.

Applicants must be bilingual (French and English) and possess basic mechanics knowledge. You will handle parts orders, quotes, service calls, and warranty claims while working with the Field Service team

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in French and English, spoken and written.
• Basic knowledge of mechanics, electromechanics and electricity.
• Interest in parts identification and sourcing.
• Experience as a parts counter clerk or technical advisor is an asset.
• Strong communication skills and customer service aptitude by phone.
• Good organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customer calls and emails across Canada.

Job - Permanent Full-time - Agent/Clerk - Customer service

Salary: 55000-65000

The Technical Service Representative is responsible for performing evaluations related to parts and after-sales service for our various equipment lines.

You will receive training on the operation of different cleaning equipment and will interact with a diverse customer base from across Canada.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Customer Experience Director, the Technical Service Representative will be responsible for the following:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer phone calls and email inquiries across Canada;
• Manage parts orders, customer quotations, service calls, and warranty claims;
• Investigate customer issues to determine the nature of the problem and identify appropriate solutions;
• Enter orders into the order management system;
• Verify product availability and coordinate activities to ensure timely and efficient deliveries;
• Monitor orders through to delivery and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction;
• Work closely with the Field Service team across Canada.

Requirements:

• Be bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written, as the position deals with a fully bilingual clientele;
• Basic skills in mechanics, electromechanics, and electricity;
• Demonstrate curiosity and a strong interest in parts identification and sourcing;
• Experience as a parts counter clerk or technical advisor (an asset);
• Good communication skills and aptitude for customer service over the phone;
• Good organizational skills, both in work methods and time management;
• Respectful and customer-oriented;
• General knowledge of computer systems (Microsoft Office suite);
