Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in social services, case management, or related support role.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Strong digital literacy and familiarity with case management software.
• Excellent listening, empathy and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to client confidentiality and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and develop personalized support plans remotely.
