This remote role develops and implements strategies to foster belonging, reduce isolation, and create opportunities for meaningful participation.

You will connect individuals with resources, facilitate online connections with community groups, and advocate for their needs, collaborating with local organizations.

Qualifications

• Experience in social work, community development, or a related field.
