Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a passionate Remote Family Advocate to champion the rights and needs of families through virtual engagement and support from your home workspace.

You will educate families about their rights, help navigate legal and social services, and coordinate with providers to ensure access to resources, all while maintaining compassionate, client-centered communication in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• Experience in advocacy or social services with families.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for virtual platforms.
• Strong understanding of family law and welfare policies.
• Proficiency with remote work tools and case management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct advocacy and support to families remotely.
• Educate families about their rights and available resources.
• Assist families in navigating legal, social, and governmental systems.
• Facilitate communication between families and service providers.
• Develop and maintain resources and informational materials for families.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case records and track advocacy efforts.
