Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide Premium Support remotely to clients across Canada, with focus on the Kimberley region. You will be the first contact for premium clients, delivering accurate information and resolution with a high level of courtesy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries by phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining detailed CRM records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in premium or VIP customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to think under pressure.
• Experience with CRM software and standard office apps.
• Independent, self-motivated, with ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities
