Business Flex is hiring an SME Account Manager to advise clients, analyze credit requests and craft financing scenarios. You will negotiate terms with clients and implement recommendations from specialists to drive profitable SME growth. The role supports hybrid work with branch presence in the local market.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in commercial credit, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in a changing environment. Fluency in French is an asset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial credit for Relationship Manager positions
• Knowledge of commercial products
• Proven experience (more than 5 years) in business development
• Knowledge of the healthcare professional network is an asset
• Ability to communicate effectively and with impact
• Excellent ability to work as a team and provide customer service
• Ability to work in a constantly changing environment
• Proficiency in French is an asset

Responsibilities

• Provide an advisory role in line with clients' needs
• Analyze credit requests, develop financing scenarios and propose appropriate solutions
• Negotiate the terms and conditions of agreements with clients
• Apply and follow up on recommendations made by the various specialists to promote profitable business development
• Take responsibility for personal development and knowledge of SME economics
