Job summary

Flex Affaires seeks an expert coach to lead and mentor SME account managers, guiding them through training and autonomous progression. The role focuses on reviewing lending requests, reinforcing risk controls, and driving business development with strong client focus.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in commercial credit, advisory experience with business customers, and bilingual English-French communication. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is preferred and project leadership is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree holder.
• Experience in an advisory role with commercial customers.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial credit.
• Experience in sales and business development.
• Coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support SME account managers in training and autonomy.
• Review financing requests for compliance with the Bank's rules and financing policies.
• Develop credit and operational risk management skills of SME clients.
• Demonstrate leadership to help the team achieve objectives.
• Coordinate and disseminate training to new DC Flex.
• Identify and communicate new developments proactively.
• Collaborate with managers on competencies and values.
• Lead reinforcement topics and continuing education.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and standardization.
• Ensure compliance and risk management rules.
