Square is seeking a SMB Account Manager - West Coast Remote to help merchants grow their business by leveraging Square's payments, software, and services. You will nurture relationships, expand product adoption, and act as a trusted advisor to owners and managers across a diverse book of business.

In this role you will collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience, address issues quickly, and identify cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of experience in Sales/Account Management or related field
• Experience discovering and closing sales opportunities and building client relationships
• Experience managing a pipeline to achieve revenue targets
• Proficiency with Salesforce or CRM systems
• BA/BS or relevant experience

• Grow and retain a multi-million dollar GPV customer base
• Understand customer needs to help achieve business goals through Square
• Cross-sell and upsell products and features by discovering customer leads
• Address customer concerns and issues effectively
• Help grow our managed accounts program
• Collaborate with Sales, Support and Product teams to ensure best customer experience across Square
