Square in Vancouver, Canada seeks an Account Manager to grow merchants' business using Square’s platform. You will manage a multi-million GPV base, understand client needs, and drive expansion across Square's tools. Collaborate with Sales, Support and Product to ensure outstanding customer experiences.

We value 2–3 years in sales or account management, a BA/BS, Salesforce experience, and a passion for helping small and medium businesses. Western Canada location with remote-friendly benefits.

Formación

• 2–3 years in Sales/Account Management or related field
• Experience discovering and closing sales opportunities and building client relationships
• Experience managing a pipeline to achieve revenue targets
• Strong interest in business operations and strategy
• Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM ideally
• BA/BS or relevant experience

Responsabilidades

• Grow and retain a multi-million dollar GPV customer base
• Understand customer needs to help achieve their business goals through Square
• Cross sell and upsell products and features by discovering customer leads
• Effectively and strategically address customer concerns and issues
• Help grow our managed accounts program
• Work with our Sales, Support and Product teams to ensure the best possible experience across all aspects of Square
• Support account management peers by taking on a product specialization and delivering feedback to PMs
