Job summary

Financeit is a Canada-based, commission-only sales role designed to expand our merchant network and borrower base. You will drive sign-ups, engage with customers, and work remotely under an ongoing one-year contract.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in sales, bilingual English-French fluency, CRM experience, and a disciplined, target-driven mindset. Compensation includes commissions with potential to earn $50,000–$60,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience or equivalent
• Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Experience using Salesforce or HubSpot
• Desire to work on a competitive, target-driven sales team
• Highly disciplined with excellent time management and organization skills
• Strong written and oral business communication skills

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain contact with merchants or borrowers to identify new opportunities.
• Set and strive to achieve targets, contributing to the company's growth plan.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices, fostering a cooperative work environment.
• Actively seek coaching and guidance from peers and managers to enhance sales techniques.
• Operate with minimal supervision and take a proactive approach to solving challenges.
