Job summary

Mondzo Technological Services Inc., a Montreal bilingual web and AI studio, seeks a Freelance Sales Director. This 100% remote telecommute engagement requires you to be located in Canada and able to own the Quebec and Canada pipeline.

You will focus on discovery calls, proposals, retainers, and closing custom web, commerce, and private AI work, selling the studio—not a SaaS seat. Prior closed-deal experience and bilingual selling are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closed deals with significant value.
• Ability to sell bilingual EN/FR services.
• Experience running discovery and drafting proposals without sales-ops support.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline for Quebec and Canada: discovery calls, proposals, retainers, and closing.
• Sell the studio—not a SaaS seat.
• Develop and close custom web, commerce, and private AI engagements.
