Job summary

BBA Consultants is seeking an industry leader to shape and grow its High-Voltage Field Services practice across Canada. The role focuses on strategic direction, market development, and building senior client relationships with utilities, generation owners, and industrial clients.

You will define long-term Field Services strategy, influence pricing and go-to-market plans, and mentor leaders while collaborating with senior directors and executives to align growth with delivery capacity.

Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of relevant experience within utility, industrial, generation, commissioning, protection and control, telecommunications, or field services environments.
• Proven experience leading significant client accounts, strategic pursuits, business units or growth initiatives.
• English fluency is essential; advanced French is an asset for collaboration with Québec offices/clients.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategies for BBA's High-Voltage Field Services practice.
• Lead or sponsor major pursuits, capture strategies, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Mentor technical and leadership talent within the Field Services group and align growth with delivery capacity.
