Job summary

Reach Ltd. is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead and scale marketing programs across our technology, platform, and channel partnerships.

You will work with the VP of Marketing to turn strategic partnerships into measurable pipeline and revenue, shaping a growing partner ecosystem. You'll build and execute ABM campaigns, develop compelling partner messaging, and collaborate with Sales to prioritize investments based on pipeline potential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, FinTech, payments, or related fields.
• Experience building or scaling partner marketing programs, not just executing existing playbooks.
• Strong experience working with external partner marketing and sales teams.
• Excellent writing and content skills for briefs, messaging, and webinar content.
• Experience with account-based marketing and using CRM/marketing data to prioritize opportunities.
• Strong cross-functional communication and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience in payments, cross-border ecommerce, or Merchant of Record space is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute partner marketing programs across referral, channel, technology, and platform partners.
• Develop ABM campaigns targeting partner customer bases and priority accounts.
• Collaborate with Partnerships and Sales to invest in programs based on pipeline potential.
• Plan and deliver joint campaigns, events, webinars, and other co-marketing initiatives from concept to measurement.
• Develop partner positioning, messaging, enablement, and content aligned with Reach’s brand.
• Own marketing performance reporting including pipeline, engagement, and partner performance.
