Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Program Specialist to lead local partner marketing programs for franchisees, agencies, and Vacation Consultants. You will shape tools, resources, and operating practices to enable local teams to generate demand and maximize marketing ROI.

The role collaborates with marketing, analytics, digital, and CRM experts to translate enterprise priorities into practical local programs across email, web, social, events, and direct mail.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent related professional experience.
• Six+ years of progressive experience in consumer, retail, partner, franchise, or field marketing at a strategic level.
• Experience enabling local operators, stores, agencies, or field teams in a large-scale network.
• Led cross-functional programs and developed scalable operating practices.
• Experience developing marketing enablement programs, toolkits, training, and self-service resources.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategy, development, and continuous improvement of partner marketing programs for local markets.
• Establish scalable frameworks, playbooks, templates, and toolkits for local digital, print, direct mail, and in-store marketing.
• Serve as marketing expert to franchisees and agency leaders to drive awareness and adoption.
• Oversee online marketing tools and support for the consumer website and local promotions.
• Coordinate with digital, CRM, web, social, events, analytics, and other teams for integrated campaigns.
• Use data and market insights to prioritize improvements and demonstrate impact.
