Placements24 is seeking a Senior Construction Architect to join their fully remote design team, delivering architectural solutions for diverse projects from conceptualization to detailed design documentation. You will ensure aesthetics, functionality, and regulatory compliance while working in a distributed setup.

You will collaborate with engineers, project managers and clients, guiding design quality, managing timelines, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Professional architect qualification (B.Arch or M.Arch) and SACAP registration.
• Minimum of 8 years of architectural design and project management experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools.
• Strong remote communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept to detailed design documentation.
• Ensure compliance with codes, zoning, accessibility and client specs.
• Collaborate remotely with engineers for integrated designs.
• Present design proposals and models to clients for review and approval.
• Manage design timelines and coordinate with consultants to meet milestones.
• Mentor junior architects and designers in the remote team.
