Placements24 is seeking a Lead Electrical Design Engineer for a fully remote role. You will steer the design and development of advanced electrical systems, lead a distributed team of engineers, and drive projects from concept through production.

Qualifications

Requires a Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in electrical hardware design and product development.
Strong background in analog and digital circuit design, power management and signal integrity.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end electrical design process from concept to production.
Mentor and guide a team of electrical engineers, setting technical standards.
Oversee component selection, schematic design and PCB layout for complex systems.
Collaborate with mechanical, software, and firmware teams for integrated development.
Conduct design reviews, analysis and testing to ensure performance and reliability.
Stay current with industry best practices to drive innovation.
