Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Residential Architect for a fully remote design studio focused on bespoke homes and renovations. The role offers home-based collaboration with clients and a distributed team to deliver exceptional residential designs from anywhere in North America or beyond.

You will design custom residential projects, develop detailed plans and 3D renderings, consult with clients on needs and budget, and ensure compliance with building codes while thriving in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of residential architecture design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization software.
• Strong portfolio of high-quality residential projects.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Design custom residential projects, including new builds, extensions, and renovations.
• Develop detailed architectural plans, 3D models, and photorealistic renderings.
