Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Civil Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of national infrastructure projects. You will plan, execute, and finalize complex projects remotely, coordinating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations to meet tight deadlines and budgets.

Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, managing risks and procurement, ensuring compliance with standards, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in civil infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects (roads, water, energy).
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6 and remote team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple civil infrastructure projects simultaneously.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage project risks, issues, and stakeholder communications effectively across distributed teams.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, and contractor performance.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive reports to senior management.
