Qualifications

• 6–9 years in marketing strategy, research, or planning, ideally agency-side.
• Deep B2B enterprise and technology marketing experience.
• Demonstrable research ability with structured, sourced answers.
• Strong writing that translates analysis into client-ready reports.
• Ability to run several workstreams simultaneously with accuracy.
• Comfortable adopting and integrating AI tools into daily work.
• Detail-first mindset with rigorous checking of figures and sources.

Responsibilities

• Run competitive audits across search visibility, AI engine visibility, messaging, content, and paid social.
• Conduct desk research on markets, buyers, and competitors and structure it for action.
• Build content audits and inventories, scoring against a campaign brief.
• Pull audience and persona research from primary and secondary sources.
• Own messaging and positioning frameworks end to end and review first passes.
• Support campaign concept development across the GTM flywheel.
• Read briefs and RFPs to form strategic takes for the team.
• Use AI agent tools daily for research synthesis, brief analysis, and audits.
• Build decks and workbooks that carry strategic work to clients.
• Attend client strategy sessions and translate insights into follow-up actions.
• Fact-check and source-verify every claim and figure.
• Keep client context files current for the next account handler.
