Reach Digital is an AI-first performance marketing agency helping eCommerce brands scale through creative, paid media, and landing pages. We are a fully remote team of creatives and growth strategists.

We care about the work and being the best at what we do. As a Creative Strategist, you own the creative end-to-end: research, develop ad angles, write hooks, and build briefs for editors that our brand partners and growth/design teams execute.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Understanding of paid media and content types that convert.
• Enjoy brainstorming ad angles and concepts, then bringing them to life.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing performance, brainstorming ad angles and hook variations, and writing new briefs weekly for the editing team.
• Owning the creative strategy for your brand partners, including a living strategy document that tracks angles and performance.
• Staying current on platform trends, winning ad formats, and policy changes, translating them into testable concepts for accounts.
• Working with 3-5 brand partners at a time, deep-diving into creative and building winning ads.
